Platinum FM is pleased to announce, that it has been awarded the Facility Management and Maintenance contract for the Port of Melbourne.
The Port of Melbourne (PoM) is Australia’s largest Container Port and encompasses an area of more than 500 hectares. The port includes over 100 building assets, largely warehouses and various office/amenity complexes.
The objectives of this contract are to provide maintenance services, inspection, reporting and a minor works capability for PoM building and facilities.
This is delivered through the Platinum FM on site team and selected experienced and skilled subcontractors.
