Our expertise is supported by our industry leading in-house asset and work order management solution, iNFORM, which has been designed to improve efficiency, provide data analytics and insights and deliver efficiencies, productivity and value for our customers in a controlled and transparent way.

Formed in 2016 with the vision to disrupt the FM industry we now have a thriving business delivering to customers across retail, hospitality, commercial, government, transport and NPF sectors.

Sue Pridmore: Platinum FM Managing Director

Sue Pridmore

Managing Director

Sue founded Platinum FM in 2016 with the vision to create a company that delivers a dynamic, data-driven and customer centric approach to facility management.

With more than 25 years national and international experience across a broad range of industries including; television, engineering, manufacturing, utilities, retail and commercial, Sue has been a driving force for change across the facility management industry.

She has held senior management roles with Myer, BBC Television (UK), GHD and Programmed FM. Sue has been a Director of the Facilities Management Association of Australia (FMA) and a member of Facility Management Action Agenda Strategic Industry Leaders group.

She is MBA qualified and a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).

Christina Helm: Platinum FM General Manager, Finance

Christina Helm

General Manager, Finance

Christina leads our finance and commercial team. With over 10 years’ experience as a chartered accountant across client facing roles, Christina has specialist expertise across numerous technical divisions, including tax, audit and business advisory, whilst at a strategic level, she champions strong innovation, risk management and performance outcomes.

Before joining Platinum FM, Christina worked with accounting and business advisory firm, William Buck, where she led large finance teams across a multi-million dollar portfolio of clients.

Christina holds a Graduate Diploma of Accounting from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, and Bachelor of Business (Accounting) from RMIT University. Christina has also spent time as a sessional accounting lecturer with Academies Australasia Polytechnic University.

Andrew Ponnadurai: Platinum FM General Manager, Business Systems and Performance

Andrew Ponnadurai

General Manager, Business Systems and Performance

Andrew is responsible for developing and driving Platinum FM’s business technology systems, including INFORM to deliver efficiencies and value for our customers.

Andrew leverages his engineering background and vast operational and technical experience, to systemise data driven decisions that create industry leading service solutions. He has over 18 years national and international experience in automotive, defence, engineering, utilities, construction and facilities management, with roles ranging from aerospace engineering to project management.

He has worked with customers such as General Motors, Mercedes-Benz, BAE Systems, United Energy, Victorian Department of Education, Victorian Department of Health, Victorian Treasury & Finance, Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre, Coles, Deloitte North Americas and Suncorp.

He has also completed an MBA from Melbourne Business School, and is currently completing his CPA.

Jay Hong: Platinum FM Head of Asset Management

Jay Hong

Head of Asset Management

Jay is responsible for creating leading-edge asset management solutions that drive optimisation, efficiency and value for our customers.

Jay has an in-depth knowledge of both large scale government and commercial operations, leveraging his background in mechanical engineering to maximise performance gains. Jay’s prior experience included developing Asset strategies for large scale PPP facilities for the Department of Justice.

Jay holds a Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering from Monash University, with first class honours.

Peter Beckman: Platinum FM National Manager, Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ)

Peter Beckman

National Manager, Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ)

Peter oversees Platinum FM’s Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) management – safeguarding people, workplaces and businesses across our business.

Peter’s vast experience across engineering and quality control supports our team and our customers to enhance health, safety, environmental and quality outcomes. He also works at an organisational and personal level to develop and advance safety-first workplace cultures.

Peter’s expansive career brings together high level technical capability, with extensive customer service experience. Prior to joining Platinum FM he worked in senior roles across both HSEQ and business development, for companies including the City of Port Phillip, A.G. Coombs Group and BSI.

Peter holds a Degree in Civil Engineering, a Diploma, OHS and a Postgraduate Certificate in Business Administration & Management.

Brian Gee: Platinum FM General Manager

Brian Gee

General Manager

Brian has over 17 years’ experience in the facility management industry. He leads Platinum FM’s specialist team servicing Australia’s largest retailer – spanning facility management, commercial, HSEQ systems and asset management and engineering.

His entire career has been within the retail sector, having previously worked at Vicinity where he had oversight (including budgeting) for the entire Vicinity network (80 shopping centres at its peak), with an annual operating in the $500m range. He has also worked to introduce technology and innovation into the group in order to develop incremental revenue streams.

He holds a BA (Honours) in International Business & Hotel Management and a Diploma of Operations from AIM.

Lachlan Turner: Platinum FM Head of Commercial

Lachlan Turner

Head of Commercial

Lachlan is responsible for uncovering financial and operational insights that create commercial value for Platinum FM’s customers.

Lachlan began his career in banking and consultancy, working with ANZ, E&Y, McGrathNicol, and PwC, before holding senior financial and commercial management roles at Linfox. Prior to joining Platinum FM, Lachlan was Financial Controller at a specialist importer, Liner Supply.

Lachlan holds a Bachelor of Arts/ Bachelor of Commerce (Finance major) from the University of Melbourne and a Graduate Diploma of Chartered Accounting, from Chartered Accountants, Australia and New Zealand.
